About Seth Jackson

Over-planning is part of my nature and that has really been a driving factor in my career. People want immediate solutions to their IT needs, and they want them fast. I am dedicated to not only ensuring a fast installment of products and services, I also make sure I cover every possible piece of the “IT puzzle” with which a client may be struggling. My focus is on wireless services, where I strive to create 100% coverage for 100% of the business. My career began as a tech support in a call center. While I learned a lot and gained a great deal of experience, I found myself needing to be in an element where I could meet with people in person and discuss the needs of their businesses. Meeting people in their places of business, getting a lay of the land and discussing pain points is crucial to delivering the perfect IT solution. That’s why daily you will find me out:• Meeting with clients and determining needs - from design to implementation to planning for future IT needs • Preparing quotes and sending teams to rollout products • Troubleshooting current client IT issues and delivering appropriate solutions based on needWhen I’m able to unplug from the tech world, I am outdoors. Whether attempting to cover more miles on the Appalachian Trail or playing outfield on recreational baseball teams throughout Columbus, I make sure to find time away from the bright computer screen. It keeps me feeling young and regenerates my energy for the work week.Specialties include: IT | Internet | Wireless | Cloud Storage | Networking | Multi-Homed Internet
