While I have been lucky to experience a dynamic career, it is a reminder to myself that success requires a constant commitment to change and learning. With the majority of my experience in the startup world, I love the energy and excitement that exists from building something as a team. I like to consider myself a champion for change because I have the unique ability to respectfully challenge ideas and help those around me to think outside the box. I've also been lucky that my education and career have taken me across the world and given me the opportunity to understand so many voices outside my own. Immersing myself in communities of different backgrounds has allowed me to think more strategically in business, influencing real change and delivering on real results. So much more can be done through the lens of diversity and inclusion. I am sharp, people-driven and ambitious, and I also understand the consistent need for adaptation, evolution, and teamwork. While my background is within Marketing, Operations, Fashion, and Technology, I also have a deep passion for People and Culture and have spent my career championing initiatives and acting as a booming voice for anyone who may feel unheard. Lucky for me, I have had some incredible experiences with wonderful people in companies I still believe in today.
