About Seth Kellogg

While starting out as a young Marine there was nothing that I wanted to do more than what the Marine Corps trained me to do. All of the visions that are produced by Hollywood became something that was not so far-fetched for me to accomplish and all of the organization's leaders and the work they did meant very little to me. After I became a leader of Marines myself (after being promoted to Corporal), I then realized that there was much more to being a leader and giving everything you have to produce what an organization wants and needs. After I finally realized this, I found myself more happy and content when I could lead these younger Marines and help mold them into leaders their selves, while fulfilling organizational goals. This is when a career in Management became my ideal goal in life. Being able to make important decisions and to provide employees with the help they deserve to succeed sounds more like a blessing than a job. With skills and experience in organization, leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict management, problem management, and multitasking I feel that I would make a real contribution to an organization in need.
