About Seth Langston

As the Deputy Director of the Maneuver Requirements Division at Army Futures Command, I oversee the development and integration of future ground combat capabilities for the U.S. Army. I leverage my skills in operations management, project management, and team building to lead a diverse and dynamic organization of military and civilian professionals, delivering innovative and effective solutions for complex and evolving challenges. With over 21 years of military experience, I have held various leadership and management positions in small to large organizations, both domestically and internationally. I have successfully executed multiple missions and projects, enhancing the readiness, performance, and safety of the U.S. Army and its allies. I have also earned a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, complementing my Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. I am a transitioning military professional, looking for opportunities to apply my expertise and experience in operations, consulting, project management, and business development in the civilian sector. I am motivated by the values of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to diverse and dynamic teams and organizations. I am currently looking for skillbridge opportunities starting in June 24.
