I lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in various construction and maintenance projects, providing engineering solutions that enhance the security, infrastructure, and environment of the nation. Previously, I worked as a Project Engineer at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), where I oversaw and managed complex engineering projects for the federal government, such as building bridges, dams, roads, and facilities. I successfully negotiated and administered multiple contracts with various agencies and contractors, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance.
