I possess an extensive 26-year tenure in law enforcement, having served in various pivotal roles, including Police Officer, Field Training Officer, Detective, School Resource Officer, Crime Prevention, and Community Engagement Officer. My professional expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of law enforcement functions, including but not limited to patrol operations, criminal investigations, background inquiries, emergency management, crisis and safety management within educational environments, new officer training, public speaking, and community engagement initiatives.A documented history of public relations and problem-solving success underscores my track record. I excel in rapid decision-making and problem resolution, particularly in dynamic and evolving situations. My professional passion revolves around identifying, investigating, and formulating optimal strategies for addressing public safety concerns.My current assignment entails serving as a Crime Prevention and Community Engagement Officer. In this capacity, I am unwaveringly committed to fostering positive rapport with the community and its stakeholders. I am frequently called upon to deliver public presentations on safety initiatives and crime prevention, drawing upon my proficiency in project management to orchestrate public events throughout the year.
