About Seth Moser

Seth Moser is a builder – of business and people, of vision and action. He’s a builder above all else. Seth is a Managing Director at Accenture, the global information technology and professional services company, where he has built his career. He's currently acting as a global lead for Client Success, a CEO-sponsored initiative focused maximizing the success of every Accenture client. Prior to this role, he co-founded Bloom by Accenture Interactive, a business focused on designing and building new growth businesses for clients. Since 2017, Bloom has grown to over 100 resources and helped more than 20 companies create new businesses worth more than $1 billion. He has built a reputation for helping companies— from start-ups to multinational conglomerates and even Accenture itself — envision where they could go, then construct the strategy to get there. Clients have included global leaders in Consumer Goods, Retail, Technology, and Industrial Equipment. Seth has built a reputation for building outstanding teams and cultivating talent. He has built multiple practices from the ground up, and at any one time, he mentors more than 20 colleagues within Accenture and at client companies. Growing up in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, the Mushroom Capital of the World, he and his dad would tinker around. His dad, a dentist, like to build things, too, and would ask his son, “What are we going to build today?” He’d let Seth take the lead, while he asked open-ended questions so Seth could learn. “What would it look like if…?” Seth has been building and envisioning things ever since. Skateboard ramps. Various electronic devices. Furniture. Lots of furniture, perhaps half the furniture in his house. Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University. After those studies were complete, he stayed for a fifth year so he could oversee THON, the largest student-led philanthropy in the world. The year-long fundraiser culminates in a 46-hour dance marathon that raises millions of dollars in the fight against pediatric cancers. He’s still building up organizations and causes he believes in. He serves as a pro bono consultant for two certified B Corporations that are working to combat global warming and plastic waste while creating jobs. When he’s not working, building or tinkering, Seth enjoys traveling and hanging out with his partner at home in Costa Mesa, California.
