I am Seth Newman, I am a Leadership Advocate, Mentor, and the ringleader at Sight-in Leadership, Inc. I believe that combining the power of firearms and the power of a leadership mindset will create success. I work with driven leaders that see the value of building great teams, teams that will create an awesome impact and change the world. Together, you and I will reveal your confidence and consciousness while connecting with the positive, practical and powerful influential leader within. I am a United States Marine, I earned this title as a young man, the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment have been the first and foremost standards in my life, I strive to maintain those qualities in everything I do. Through my years of service in the Corps, I have had the opportunity to learn much about myself, others, and the world. I learned that each person is different, we share beliefs, ideologies, and creeds and that is the power of our individual uniqueness. Our differences are our strength, it is not of matter of who is wrong or right, It simply means we are different. Our world is in a chaos of differences, some see it as weakness, others see it as strength, it is all perspective. I believe we will receive out of life that which we expect of it and the effort we put into it, we can expect suffering, pain, and heartache, or we can expect challenges, growth, and progression. We rise higher when we lift together.
