He has a detail-oriented approach and focuses on the understanding of the latest technologies allowing him to identify the right properties for his clients. Seth understands the importance of the customer service required to meet the expectations of individuals and families looking to purchase or sell in a competitive market. Most importantly his background in contract negotiations and his track record of integrity lead to trusting relationships and smooth transactions. Growing up in the Park Cities and later residing in Uptown, Bluffview and Preston Hollow has given him a vast knowledge of the different Dallas neighborhoods. Seth has a strong appreciation of history and architecture and enjoys seeing the two come together. He is an active member of Park Cities Presbyterian Church where he attends weekly with his young family. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves the great game of golf.
