About Seth Ragona

As an Information Systems Architect, I am part of a team responsible for both the design and management of over 1200 conference rooms globally. While working at Amgen in various roles, I was able to take part in delivering a major Next-Gen workplace transformation. By ensuring successful communications between locations, we save our company hundreds of millions in travel costs annually, allowing us to more efficiently serve patients by reducing costs. My curiosity knows no bounds, so I am constantly absorbing information about the world and especially new technologies. I always strive to be impartial when judging new ideas; There are far too many examples of smart people who got things completely wrong because they prematurely discounted something new or different. My wide range of experiences including sales bring value to the team by adding a customer-focused viewpoint that is often lost in IT organizations. This same viewpoint also enables me to effectively translate tech jargon into something most people can understand, which has proven invaluable to me in countless situations.
