At PayPal, my focus as a Learning Business Partner for Curriculum Program and Learning Platforms, is on orchestrating learning programs that align with our product evolutions and cultural shifts. My role involves collaborating with business leaders to identify and implement effective learning and change management solutions that bolster employee performance and support large-scale transitions. Additionally, I'm a champion of learner and customer experience, helping teams realize what practical learning solutions look like and often driving feedback for operations and customer experiences even beyond my core role. As a technology enthusiast, I like to experiment with new technologies such as generative AI, and have led multiple technical proof-of-concept implementations for learning and knowledge management. I'm proud to have graduated with Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Management Information Systems from University of Nebraska at Omaha, with honors as magna cum laude. I'm also a DDI Exceptional Leaders Series Certified having spent most of my time leading change leadership/management initiatives.With a solid background in curriculum design, I have also established and upheld customer-centered learning design standards that include just-in-time learning. eLearning, simulations, and other multimedia, Our team's efforts are directly tied to business KPIs, ensuring a measurable impact on the company's ongoing success.
