About Seth Rinderknecht

From the start of my career, I’ve been hands-on in the construction industry—building my experience from the ground up. After high school and before college, I joined Newell Machinery Company as a laborer on a five-man crew, completing large-scale industrial flatwork throughout major factory facilities. Our work included sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and floor systems, often within strict safety and health protocols. I worked there seasonally during my freshman and sophomore years of college to gain real-world experience and strengthen my work ethic.I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business. After graduation, I joined Hawkins Construction Company full-time as a Superintendent, where I’ve managed and delivered a wide range of projects across the Omaha area—including primary roads, urban developments, airports, and highways. I have since transitioned into a Project Manager role, continuing to lead teams and oversee complex infrastructure projects from planning through completion.Outside of work, I was a four-year member of the UNO Men’s Division I Soccer Team, where I played a key role in the program’s first-ever appearance at the 2017 National Tournament and hold the record for most minutes played in program history.
