About Seth Robertson

As a Systems and Test Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and bringing structure to high-stakes environments, I thrive at the intersection of technology, mission assurance, and real-world performance. With hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense programs, including over-the-horizon radar systems, I've contributed to mission-critical efforts in radar integration, hardware testing, and cybersecurity planning. Whether it’s leading test events, debugging hardware/software integration, or coordinating across engineering disciplines, I bring a systems-thinking mindset and a calm, solutions-first approach. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet operational requirements — not just on paper, but in the field. My background also includes network configuration, test procedure development, and risk-based testing — all focused on one thing: delivering reliable, verifiable performance in complex defense systems. I believe in clear communication, ownership, and always learning — because in this industry, attention to detail and the ability to adapt aren’t just valuable, they’re essential. If you’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between requirements and execution, who understands both the engineering and the mission — I’d love to connect.
