About Seth Tee
I am a web developer and learning & technology developer currently working in Vancouver. My job is to build web applications and sites to facilitate learning and development for medium to large businesses. On top of that, I help plan and create the learning materials, courses, and activities that make up a corporate training program. My passion is in integrating new technologies with big ideas and research in educational technology including social learning, communities of practice, multimedia learning, learning objects, mentoring, and more. I hope to take on increasingly large and challenging educational problems in my career. My background is in cognitive systems, web development, and educational technology. I've worked in a variety of industries including software and IT, higher education, and hospitality. I've studied Cognitive Systems at UBC and am currently working on my master's thesis in Educational Technology and Learning Design at SFU.
