I am a seasoned executive and counsel with over 18 years of experience in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries. I previously lead the acquisitions teams in the United States, Australia, Canada, and Puerto Rico for APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, a global leader in cell site lease investments and wireless infrastructure solutions.As a former General Counsel and Vice President at Lease Advisors and Landmark Dividend, respectively, I have successfully closed thousands of transactions in multiple countries, deploying over $375M in capital. I have also served as in-house counsel at numerous lease aggregators and as outside counsel to Verizon Wireless. I am a licensed attorney in California and a licensed real estate broker. I hold a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Santa Barbara. I am passionate about creating value for my clients, partners, and team members, and leveraging my expertise in the law, sales, and management.
