About Seth Vanderlinden

I began my career as a Floor Care Technician, learning various processes for a variety of surfaces. After a few years, I was promoted to Lead Tech and began running crews. Later, I was promoted again to Hard Surface Crew leader. I learned how to revitalize and maintain a variety of surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, leather, resilient flooring, concrete, and natural stone, though I specialized and had a particular interest in the hard surfaces. I became an expert at using the correct equipment, machinery, and chemicals to service these surfaces, and the various processes involved in each. I not only knew how to perform the service, but understood the chemistry involved, and why the processes work the way that they do. After ten years of being floor care technician, I had the opportunity to move from my home state of Colorado to Arizona to open a new branch for my company as the Field Operations Manager. I successfully opened the new branch in January of 2020, and was promoted to Operations Manager in June of the same year. In February of 2022 I had another great opportunity and came full circle, moving back to Colorado as the Operations Manager for the branch where I began my career as a Technician.
