About Seth Webb

My Years of Leadership Experience, primarily in a volunteer capacity, coupled with over 2 decades working with major aerospace companies supporting NASA, makes me uniquely capable of leading diverse teams of individuals working in nearly any discipline. Professionally, I am relied upon as a Safety and Mission Assurance subject matter expert, a multi-discipline safety integrator, and a standing member of NASA safety review panels. I have successfully presented safety document updates and important findings to all levels of management. I have been trained in various leadership skills and techniques including project planning, conflict management, team development, and effective communication. I’m also trained in system safety fundamentals, requirements development, payload safety review process, as well as the process for developing payload safety requirements. Certified as an ISS Mission Evaluation Room (MER) Safety console engineer, I’ve reviewed flight rules, crew procedures and utilized traditional safety, risk and reliability tools and techniques including FMEA/CIL, fault tree analysis, SAPHIRE and fASTer. I am also versed in the fundamentals of Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA).
