About Seth Wells

A visionary driver and high-ticket B2B & B2C sales specialist, with extensive experience in the solar and roofing sectors. I excel at end-to-end business scaling, leading teams, new-hire training, and driving significant revenue growth, as demonstrated by leading a solar dealership to over $10 million in annual sales before strategically pivoting operations during economic decline during Covid. My professional style is defined by unwavering grit, strategic business development, CRM implementation and use, and hands-on operational leadership, managing everything from project sites to multi-office expansions and successful acquisition integration. I bring unique value to the workplace by fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and positive mentorship, grounding team dynamics in my personal faith and commitment to community engagement, ultimately ensuring the company is not only profitable but also a trusted, well-branded industry leader. Currently, I am focused on community engagement, strategic channel partnerships, and ensuring my residential roofing clients have a great experience working with DT Roofing.
