About Seth Witmeyer

Currently I am a full time Graduate student studying business administration at East Carolina University, as well as a part-time employee at Kotis Properties in Greensboro, NC. I completed my undergraduate in Business Management in May of 2023. Through use of persistency, communication skills, honesty, and work ethic, I intend to continue to thrive here at East Carolina as well as future professional positions I may hold. My job at Kotis entails the completion of property management work to assist in the selling of high end properties by maintaining the physical presence. I started back in December of 2017 which has driven my interest to move into real estate and finance. In addition, I established my small business,'Dr. Pavement' in late 2020, which involves the preservation of asphalt that highlights curb appeal at a competitive price. By doing this, commercial companies have trouble competing with prices. Future aspirations include the development of my own real estate business by flipping houses. A lifelong goal of mine has been to obtain as many assets as possible in order to retire and receive the benefits of passive income in addition to compounding growth. An outgoing individual that uses sociable skills along with an unending work ethic to complete any task on hand.
