About Seth Wright

I have worked in, and bring my experience from, a wide variety of fields. These include IT infrastructure design and troubleshooting, Linux & open source software solutions; and recently I have turned my focus on marine & off-grid electrical systems design, as well as installation of electricity generation & power management solutions. I have nearly a decade in the transportation and logistics sector and over 20 years focused on Retail Operations using Managerial Accounting principals applied from a real world experience viewpoint, including how corporate culture impacts the consumer experience. Recently I've advised clients on techniques I've used to improve customer satisfaction ratings, from individual interactions in retail departments to store management. I've provided training on process streamlining from Bookkeeping to Regional inventory control and Daily Operations, in both specialty and high volume retail sectors. There's always room for improvement, we just need to be open to it.
