About Sethu Nair

Service & Business Transformation | Experience Design | Human-Centred Leadership I believe that all transformation starts in our hearts. As a design leader, this is core to the way I drive my projects - putting the people at the centre - whether that’s my team, or the client I am delivering work for. With a background in business design, service design and systems thinking, I like to understand strategic problems through the systemic lens. My passion for solving problems has led me on a journey through futures & foresight, service design, UI/UX and Agile Business Transformation. I bring together these skill sets in my projects, enabling change at the strategic, operational and cultural dimensions of transformation. I strongly believe in the role of trusted, well-functioning institutions in building the foundations of a healthy society. Be it in leading research for a 2038 mega-trend report in the health sector, service blueprinting and prototyping for an enhanced environmental assessment system or driving the redesign of risk-based regulatory systems for Australia's agricultural exports - this has always been my North star. I know that sustainable change is not simple, and it involves bringing people along on the journey. For this, I make use of genuine, collaborative design methodologies to enable change organically and transparently - bringing diverse voices to the table. Further, I am passionate about investigating complex strategic problems using a systems thinking lens. This enables me to drive business transformation that is lasting and systemically resilient.
