Setu Raj has over 10+ years of broad-based and successful experience in Project Management, Program Management, and Portfolio Management within research and development (R&D) and engineering experience in the Steam and Wind Turbine Industry. Setu has a Master of Science Degree in Design Engineering. He is a certified SAFe5.0. Managed a cross-functional project team to successfully complete a complex project under budget and ahead of schedule. Aligned with the cross functional teams to gather the requirements and freeze the scope of the project. Documented and maintained the program / project requirements register, risk register, issue logs and lessons learned documentation. Chaired the project review meetings, design review meetings to track project progress and to address project constraints and risks/issues. Monitored milestones and adherence to budget and initiated actions to reduce cost.
