About Seun Busari

The project cycle energizes me. Forming strong relationships by being responsive, delivering on initial commitments (as small as phoning someone on time), and further demonstrating my positive intention and skill with quality reporting is what I enjoy in the beginning, because I earn the confidence of others. This is also why I get parachuted into situations, to restore relationships and apply / enforce PMBOK standards smoothing out the “bumps in the road.” It is energizing to determine root cause when the unforeseen arises, hunt down the matter, resolve it and know that it will no longer impede my colleagues because of the solution I was able to implement. Often I feel like a champion calf roper at the Calgary Stampede! Ultimately, the conclusion of a project is rewarding when I know that I have once again upheld the reputation of my employer, that new associates also look forward to dealing with me in the future, and that I have even more experience in hand to leverage so that I can expedite solutions in the future.
