About Sewak Singh Matharu

Building better products by building smarter systems — with discipline, data, and intentional growth. From post-harvest crop processing to advanced manufacturing, my path has always been guided by clarity, precision, and improvement. I began in agricultural technology, where I learned the power of systems thinking and impact-driven execution. Today, as a Quality Control Technician at Luminor Environmental Inc, I ensure the highest standards for UV water filtration systems — a role that merges technical precision with a deep commitment to excellence. But what truly defines me isn’t just what I do — it’s how I do it. I see Quality not as a checklist, but as a discipline — a practice of structured problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and continuous learning. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve built frameworks and automated tools in Excel, VBA, and Google Sheets that have saved time, reduced errors, and made processes smarter. I thrive where technical mastery meets practical impact, turning complex data and systems into clarity, control, and consistent performance. My aspiration is to lead Quality systems — not only with tools and metrics, but with presence, clarity, and influence. I aim to shape environments where operational excellence meets thoughtful leadership, and where systems empower people to do their best work. What sets me apart: Hands-on expertise in inspection, root cause analysis, and process optimization Strong technical skills in automation, with curiosity for Python, C++, and emerging technologies A builder’s mindset — designing efficient systems that align people, processes, and purpose A commitment to personal growth through psychology, leadership, and systems thinking If you value disciplined execution, thoughtful growth, and meaningful collaboration, let’s connect.
