About Sezen de Bruijn

I came here to build apps and reduce technical debt - and I'm almost done building apps I help customers who need to eliminate technical debt, shadow IT and the doubt that they can keep up with the market. It is important to me that speed doesn't come at the cost of Quality. I am a great proponent of integrated testing, a rational Quality Assurance approach and persistent monitoring of architecture. I'm also a great proponent of using tools that have all of these integrated and automated as part of the development platform. Yes, that exists! OutSystems is a great example of this. To me work is playful, interesting and social. Similarly, my playtime consists of useful, challenging activities that require hard work. Each part of my life enriches and enhances my performance in other aspects of my life. It often happens that I resolve work problems with experience, knowledge or contacts stemming from private life. I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, which brings me new opportunities every day. One day I hope to- Write and publish a book *- Get a teachers degree - Start a socially responsible business (unit)- Help someone achieve an important goal - Create an interactive knitting pattern which will allow knitters to design sweaters to their exact measurements and needs **- Do a statistical analysis of passenger behavior on trains, specifically with regards to choosing seats However, if at the end of my life I have fulfilled none of the above, yet taken on every opportunity worth pursuing, I will die a happy woman.* I am nowhere near publication, but I am currently revisioning a coming of age novel in a science fiction setting.** Done!
