An accomplished HSE professional with 10 + years of experience across various industries, including power plants, desalination plants, civil construction, fabrication shops, Oil storage terminal and consultancy. I have worked with esteemed organizations such as ABB, Qwaed Contracting LLC, Alucor Limited, and Engineering Consultant Group. My expertise spans key areas including risk management, incident investigation, development and implementation of risk assessments, HSE policies, and HSE plans. I am proficient in organizing mock drills, HSE motivational programs, conducting workplace inspections, and participating in internal/external audits. Additionally, I am experienced in verifying work permits, lifting plans, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), preparing weekly and monthly reports, reviewing leading and lagging indicators, and developing comprehensive training plans. I possess a deep understanding of legal requirements and regulations, including DM, Trakhees, DDA, and ADOSH. I have also had the privilege of working with respected clients such as NAQAA Desalination Plant, GSI Desalination, and Siemens.
