About Shadow Lutz

My experience is very diverse! From food service to fabricating Boeing airplane parts, dispatching to sales and repairing windshields. I have over 10 years experience providing customer service to Insurance providers, policy holders, real estate agents and the general public in a sales type atmosphere. I started my windshield rock chip repair business in 2010 and processed and billed claims daily. Currently I am a customer service representative at Jacksons Food Stores (Shell). Our store has been honored with the Circle of Excellence award for the last two years. We have earned our full bonus amounts for the last 2 years for passing our inspections 100%. Frequent suggestive selling, keeping a clean and organized place while establishing good public relations has increased our sales and customer count dramatically in our store that we have now become a 4 star store. My Administrative Management degree along with my other customer service experiences have given me the tools and to manage people and service them in a way that keeps them satisfied and coming back. My personality is outlined with a punctual and vivacious attitude in my approach to the client. My attention to detail, accommodation and patience with the customers needs and wants have proven to be efficient in the end result. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others to achieve a company's goal or objective. I have an AAS degree from Highline Community College in Des Moines, Washington.
