I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and over 3 years experience working in an IT department. I have management experience that includes training new employees along with handling administration duties such as creating and documenting reports. I have technical skills but not limited to: • User support for both onsite and offsite - This includes software installation, software and hardware troubleshooting. For offsite support, I use phone, anydesk or teamviewer depending with the nature of support required. • Developing expertise in modern web & mobile technologies. I am highly creative and with my development skills in web applications, I develop small software to help employees achieve their tasks more accurately while redeeming time. I always use my programming skills to provide better, effective and accurate ways of achieving set goals more conviniently. • Sharpening my network and administrative skills - I troubleshoot network issues, configure and test network infrastructure. I have a complete understanding of informational systems and the ability to keep these systems functioning correctly. I have the ability to troubleshoot hard to find problems that affect the databases, systems and networks. I have also acquired excellent problem solving skills needed to find solutions to these issues that will get the systems running again at full capacity. I have experience conducting maintenance checks to look for any areas that need improving. My experience also includes integrating new technology into the existing systems and networks. I also have the knowledge to maintain security with firewalls and anti-virus programs. I possess excellent math skills with the ability to manage the budget for the IT department and to estimate the cost of projects accurately. I have the skills to assist in the purchasing of databases and network applications for specific projects. I can also communicate efficiently with the staff, other departments and with senior management to keep everyone informed of the latest developments.
