Background
About Shady Khafaga
I’m Shady Khafaga, a passionate Art Director and Studio Manager with over 11 years of experience in creative design, branding, and advertising. Currently leading the studio at NTAM, I manage a talented team of junior, senior, and art directors — overseeing creative direction, project workflows, and cross-team collaboration with the multimedia department. My role combines leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to ensure every project is delivered with precision, consistency, and impact. I specialize in transforming ideas into strong visual identities and storytelling experiences that connect with audiences and elevate brands. From digital campaigns and motion graphics to full-scale branding systems, I thrive on crafting visuals that inspire and engage. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) with a deep understanding of both print and digital production, I’m dedicated to pushing creative boundaries, mentoring designers, and building cohesive visual strategies that drive results. shadykhafaga@live.com Based in New Cairo, Egypt
