About Shae Kadeba

As a seasoned Business Development Manager at ABCO Facility Maintenance, I bring a dynamic blend of leadership, strategic growth expertise, and a passion for building strong relationships. With over 20 years of experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry and 5 years in finance, I’ve honed my skills in operations, team leadership, and driving business success. My ability to foster growth and innovation has been a cornerstone of my career. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to serving my community. As the Secretary for Wiregrass Gives, a nonprofit dedicated to community upliftment, I’ve worked tirelessly to support impactful initiatives. I’m also proud to serve on the board of Veterans Helping Veterans and as a DAV Auxiliary member, where I advocate for military members and their families, helping them navigate challenges and access vital resources. In addition to my professional and volunteer work, I’m an avid participant in the equine industry, organizing and hosting horse shows and events. My passion for connecting people and fostering organizational growth extends to every facet of my life, whether it’s building businesses, supporting veterans, or creating memorable community events. Let’s connect to explore how we can drive success and make a difference together!
