About Shae Oster

I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vancouver Island University and a Project Management Support Certificate from Google. I am also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and have completed the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative at Freedom Mobile, where I use my negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and assist them with any company related questions or concerns. In my role at Freedom Mobile, I also inform stakeholders of any key service issues that may impact customers, and monitor and triage queues and delegate work to team members. I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team that strives to provide the best service and solutions to our customers. I am motivated by learning new skills and applying them to real-world problems. I am eager to leverage my computer science and project management knowledge and experience to contribute to the success of your organization.
