About Shae Reed

After 13 years in education, I left to pursue opportunities in the legal field. I began working part-time as a paralegal and part-time at Highwinds in the Abuse & Compliance Department. I eventually decided to focus on one position and was hired full-time at Highwinds, working remotely as a project manager and compliance specialist. In 2017, a portion of the company was sold; I retained my position with Omicron Media, Inc, the portion of the company that was not sold.Since that time, I have had the opportunity add to my compliance role. I was named project manager of our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance projects. I developed our initial policies and procedures for compliance with these mandates and continue to update them as necessary. In addition, I am responsible for Omicron's vulnerability management program.
