With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over 4 years of administrative experience, I bring a unique blend of analytical insight and hands-on operational expertise to recruiting. Before transitioning into staffing, I supported executives and teams as an Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator, managing complex schedules, preparing contracts, coordinating travel, and streamlining operations. These experiences strengthened my ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and maintain clear communication—all skills I now apply to guiding candidates and employers through the hiring process.
