It’s no secret to anyone in my family that I love food. Growing up in Hawai’i, I was surrounded by diverse cultures which meant exposure to an array of cuisines – I thrived in it. When the health field piqued my interest, I quickly found my passion in Nutrition-Dietetics as it connected something I loved with my desire to help my community. I believe in the power of nutrition to heal and improve individuals to achieve a healthy and harmonious lifestyle. I value building open communication and creating genuine rapport in order to produce positive change.
