With over 9 years of work experience in the mental health field, I am a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, Owner and Psychotherapist at Transformative Therapeutic Services VA, where I provide supervision and consultation to counselors and social workers. I am also a Counselor at Magellan Health, where I offer counseling and crisis intervention to clients with various mental health needs. In addition, I am the Owner and Therapist at Transformative Therapeutic Services, where I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I have a Master of Social Work, a Master of Counseling, and multiple certifications in mental health counseling and psychology. My core competencies include clinical supervision, counseling, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management. My mission is to help individuals and communities heal from trauma, cope with challenges, and enhance their well-being.
