Professional Experience: 25+ years in HR Solutions Specializing: Human Dynamics/Group Dynamics, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity Development Markets: San Antonio, Atlanta, Chicago, Kansa City (MO & KS), Dallas, and International (Bahamas, India, & Canada My background is rather diverse as an African American Woman from a Jamaican/Southern household. Coming from a large family with progressive practices of meta-physics, loads of cultural/social gatherings created a set of communication skills that have proven to be priceless and quite transferable. My early introduction to both team sports & entrepreneurship created an awareness of self discipline and agility for working with others (often on their terms). What can I do for YOU? Each space is unique and made custom for the areas of focus and development needed by an entrepreneur/individual looking to grow. My approach utilizes many holistic practices for balance, visualization, and executable tasks revealed in your discovery session. I am a certified Yoga instructor/Holistic Wellness practitioner with mindfulness as a guiding principle in goal setting.
