Burkhan is the holding company of Shahal Khan and is privately held operated as an investment holding company in the USA. White City Ventures has been active for over 14 years and advised on over $5b in transactions globally. Burkhan's vision is inspired by Amartya Sen and Mahbub ul Haq. They’re two Nobel economists who challenged the edifice of the Liberal Order economics that has brought much suffering to the world which it was trying to evolve and protect. They came up with a theory known as “the capabilities approach.” It became the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals. A billion people and more were lifted out of poverty and degradation because of them.
