With an MBA degree in Marketing and System Administration, I have been working as an Assistant Category Manager at LuLu Group International, one of the largest retailers in the Middle East, since Mar 2022. In this role, I oversee the category management, sales, and operations of the modern trade division, managing a high-performing team and delivering value to the customers and the organization.I have successfully increased the sales volume, revenue, and profitability of the division by implementing effective strategies, optimizing processes, and utilizing my skills in SAP and Reports Analysis. Prior to joining LuLu Group, I gained valuable experience in business analysis, market research, and customer relationship management as a Territory Business Executive at Bharti Airtel and an intern at ITC Private Ltd. I also hold a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala, diploma in SAP Accounting, and a certification in Essential Food Safety Training from ADAFSA. I am proficient in Business English, SAP, and Reports Analysis.I am passionate about learning new skills, exploring new opportunities, and delivering value to the customers and the organization. I am motivated by challenges, innovation, and excellence.
