I am a results and detail-oriented health systems and services researcher who: o Led and executed distinguished research and professional activities spanning six years in population health, health systems and services research, quality and health outcomes research, and healthcare data analytics. o Coordinated cross-functional teams to evaluate a national electronic health record program, field trial a telemedicine service, and conduct a mixed-method study, executing all three projects end-to-end. o Expertly utilized quasi-experimental designs and advanced statistical skills using R, SAS, STATA, and Tableau to generate key insights from administrative claims and national survey databases. o Contributed to research groups that in total secured grants surpassing $1.7 million, published four peer-reviewed articles, and delivered six impactful presentations at renowned research conferences. My career goal is to become a globally recognized leader in applying health services research and digital health technologies to strengthen health systems and enhance public health outcomes. My passion lies in formulating, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based policies and interventions. Currently, at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, I use quasi-experimental designs and advanced statistical methods to analyze large-scale administrative claims and national survey data, conducting research on mental and behavioral health, maternal and child health, and cancer survivorship. Earlier, at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, I analyzed payer claims data to evaluate two value-based programs. My analytical prowess comes to life through expert usage of tools like SAS, STATA, and R to analyze and visualize intricate datasets. In a previous role, I coordinated the evaluation of a national electronic health record program in Bangladesh. Notably, I spearheaded a groundbreaking telemedicine initiative that brought physician consultations directly to rural doorsteps, blending human-centered design with data-driven strategies. Throughout my professional journey, I've been part of research groups that collectively secured grants exceeding a remarkable USD 1.7 million, underscoring my commitment to driving innovation in the healthcare sector. Beyond my professional endeavors, I proudly served as the elected vice president of the UAMS Graduate Student Association. In this capacity, I represented graduate students on the curriculum committee and academic senate and organized networking and career development events.
