Currently transitioned away from QSR Management to move into the Food Manufacturing & Development Industry as a specialist in customer service and administration. I have experience working as a Restaurant Manager for the last 6 years and have spent 10 years in the hospitality industry- I have also attended and completed Cert II in Hospitality at Chisholm Institue of TAFE At Zambrero I was given the opportunity to work across multiple sites and assist at different restaurants across regional Victoria - This greatly helped develop business and training skills in the QSR industry. I have experience running multiple stores for my Franchise Partners at Red Rooster- Across both SE Melbourne and Gippsland. For the last 2 years of my Red Rooster journey, I was responsible for running my own store in Sale independently with minimal supervision from the owners.I have also worked for Red Energy as part of their home moving service ‘Direct Connect’ in a call center where I obtained skills for working in an office layout and customer service phone experience.Since starting my working experience I have also obtained many certificates and licenses which have been helpful in assisting with my day-to-day duties. These include: a Full Australian Drivers License, First Aid, Responsible Services of Alcohol, Catering Operations/Hospitality & Food Safety Supervisor.
