Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” For more than three decades, I have lived this truth—across classrooms, school corridors, and national education programs—dedicating my career to advancing education as a force for equity, inspiration, and transformation. I have designed and led large-scale initiatives ranging from government and CSR collaborations that improved student learning outcomes across states, to incubating new schools, securing affiliations, and building cultures of inquiry and excellence. My work with UNESCO, UNICEF, NCERT, Microsoft, and other leading institutions has reaffirmed my conviction that education is the most powerful lever for social change. At the core of my leadership lies a deep commitment to experiential and holistic learning. I believe schools must be more than centers of academic performance—they must be nurturing spaces where children grow into confident, compassionate, and future-ready individuals. Equally, I am passionate about teacher empowerment and leadership development, because inspired educators create inspired learners. My career has spanned ICSE, CBSE, and IGCSE schools; systemic reform in 700+ government schools; and leadership roles at the intersection of school development, curriculum innovation, teacher empowerment, and EdTech solutions. I have served in pivotal positions including Executive Principal at GEMS Education (Madhya Pradesh schools), Senior Curriculum Director at Riseom Solutions, and Senior Project Director at Learning Links Foundation, where I led content development for multi-state government partnerships that improved student outcomes by up to 12%. Anchored by the values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, and Impact, I define success not through accolades but through meaningful milestones: • when a student discovers their voice, • when a teacher dares to innovate, • when a school community thrives as one.
