I am first attempt rank holder Chartered Accountant and Executive Company Secretary with 20 years of progressive career. I have worked for diverse businesses like textiles, chemicals, retail, auto-mobiles, EPC, real estate and education in listed and unlisted companies. I have handled all aspects of finance like financial accounting, taxation, financial planning and analysis, ERP implementation, secretarial, legal and internal audit functions. I have spearheaded joint ventures, start-up, divestment, mergers and de-mergers. I have expertise in Indian direct taxation and indirect taxation. I have handled tax investigations, assessments and appeals with tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court. In international taxation I have working knowledge of quite a few G20 countries in both direct tax and indirect tax domain. I pride myself for my ability to understand the value chain of the business and drive its efficiency and productivity through strategic financial management.
