As a Software Quality Analyst at WSIB, I create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, test cases, test scripts, and other testing artifacts. I collaborate with stakeholders to define the overall test strategy and approach for a project, considering factors such as project timelines, resource availability, and risk management. I also conduct database testing, ETL testing, and GUI testing using SQL queries and Selenium for various applications. I have over 6 years of experience in software product development, working in different domains such as healthcare, banking, finance, insurance, and telecommunication for a US-based software development and consultancy company. I have expertise in agile/scrum SDLC, requirements analysis, UX design, automated testing, QA and UAT. I have also acted as an agile coach, mentor, and product owner for several projects, delivering SaaS-based products that meet customers' needs and desires. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Virtual University of Pakistan and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Central Punjab.
