It would tell you, among other things, how I’ve grown from a wet behind the ears, creative beginner to a seasoned creative professional with a thorough knowledge of what works and what doesn’t in this constantly evolving software services industry. If you wish to see my resume, to begin with, here it is: Senior Creative and UX Lead with 16 + years’ of consulting & delivery experience in software services industry also 4 years of Advertising agency experience and excellent conceptual thinker with a keen business sense. Presently, I am working as Senior Manager – Creative Practice Head – DO & P - KPO Interactive, Wipro Technologies Bangalore location (From October 2016 – Till date). Previously I was with Cognizant Interactive - Location lead –Delivery manager - Creative lead; from September 2004 – Sept 2016 (12 + Years) I have played a pivotal role in Cognizant Interactive UI/ Visual design + UX services for eleven plus years. I groomed the Cognizant Bangalore design center proactively and the team grew from 2 people to a 60+ people strong multi-skilled design hub. I’ve managed and also worked hands-on in graphic user experience design for 100+ large-scale projects for international clients from industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Technology.
