I love to lead by collating multiple experiences helping me in providing effective solutions to my clients and customers which helps me to build strategic and effective relationships. And what better could be to venture into the domain of Quality Assurance where software testing plays a major role. Below pointers might give you some context about my professional journey till date of the same. 1) I got into project consulting for EQA delivery in an unusual way wherein I got involved in devising end-to-end planning and strategy for all testing operations(Test Ops) ensuring effective EQA delivery, wherein I designed a strategy for pre-production environment involving component-to-component testing which reduced defect leakage ratio in pre-production environment by 95% which was well noticed by entire senior leadership and client as well. As a result of the same, my team received star performer awards 3 times within a span of 8 months. 2) Recently, I also got a chance to get involved in Generative AI testing of an AI LLM module where high level test scenarios document got generated by AI post uploading any type of PRD document, thus reducing initial manual efforts which was required for creating test suite document in the initial phase of test planning. 3) Recently, I also got a chance for the first time to work closely with multiple Program Managers making them understand via QA metrics the success ratio of feature launch as per the strategy designed by me and sharing monthly newsletters also for the same with them and entire senior leadership highlighting the success stories of the team. 4) Previously, I have developed my own REST Assured framework using Selenium with Java to test REST APIs making it easier for any QA Engineer coming on board in an organization to simply enter the API https request and simply run the code to view all logs and identify APIs which are having issues i.e. bugs making it easier for developers to specifically target those APIs in our current or next release for quick, smooth and effective delivery. 5) I have majorly worked in agile project Frameworks till date which involves daily stand up meetings(Scrum). 6) Previously, I also got a chance to learn MongoDB and test API integration of the database with the same which increased my learning curve in testing different service calls made by different API requests. 7) I am an ISTQB certified Testing Professional and I mention it here because it was the essential requirement to venture into Quality Assurance domain when I had started off as a Quality Analyst 8 yrs ago.
