Scope of Job: Utilize advanced knowledge of company products and services, advanced understanding of colloidal and general chemistry, wellbore hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing and rig-site inventory management to provide optimum service quality for operator schedule and rig operations. Accountability Reporting directly to SLB Project Engineer, SLB PSD Manager at SLB Abu Dhabi office and ADNOC OFFSHORE Company Man at Rig Site. Lead execution of drilling fluids program at rig site in accordance with directions from Company Man and drilling operations. Help identify efficiencies and improvements in drilling fluid operations to support optimum service quality for the customer. SYSTEMS WORKED • Fresh water-Bentonite -Barite system. • K2SO4-PHPA-XC Polymer- system. • Glycol-Polyamine-KCL-XC Polymer-PHPA- PAC system. • BaraBlend-657 - engineered composite Lost Circulation Prevention material, N-FLOW Delayed Breaker Coated-Reservoir Bridging material, • Coring Fluids, Synthetic oil based mud system • Completion fluid system- Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Calcium Bromide, Sodium Formate etc • High performance WBM - Performax (Baker Hughes, HLB, SLB) • SBDIF RDF NAF ( Synthetic OBM - Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SLB) • NAF ( Synthetic OBM - Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SLB) Subject Matter Expert – Reservoir Flow Assurance, a Baker Hughes and Tetra Technologies joint Venture This training program was arranged to develop individual technical skills and to expand their knowledge in Drilling/Reservoir Fluids, Formation Impairment, Flow Assurance and Remediation.
