About Shailja Sharma

I am an experienced Corporate Trainer who has been delivering training to adult learners since April 2018 in a rapidly changing environment. I am experienced in learning, comprehending, and delivering complex content in simple language and digestible chunks. I teach learners to find technical information from the reference database and the soft skills to relay pleasant and unpleasant decisions to the customers. I believe everyone can be taught and people can learn at any age, it's just a matter of having a patient facilitator who can adapt their learning style according to their audience. I have also completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Jan 2021 which has helped me to understand the theory and basics of adult teaching and the different learning styles. I can learn content quickly and deliver it in engaging sessions along with modifying my teaching style to cater to the learning needs of the class. Apart from being a Corporate Trainer, I have completed my Bachelors in Biochemistry and Advanced Chemistry from Swinburne University of technology in 2014. I love to learn and I am always ready to take on a new challenge and learn something new:)
