I am a continual learner some of the current projects that I am applying my research and analysis skills to are the raising and training of Black Russian Terriers (BRTs). BRTs are a large working breed of dog, developed from 17 different breeds by a Russian kennel after the 2nd WW. As a large powerful breed, obedience is a must, females can weigh upwards of 130 pounds, if they decide to lunge you could easily be taken along for the ride, this lead to learning different training methodologies. BRTs have a double hair coat and are in regular need of grooming. During my ownership of the Active Directory process, I learned to first write custom tasks in vb.Net that communicated with AD modifying or adding attribute fields as needed, eventually moving to C#. Learning account management objects and their limitations along the way, also the differences in an AD database from an SQL database, some fields are multi-valued, and others aren’t. So here is the really boring part of my work life, skills and I am sure that this is not a definitive list: SQL, VB.Net, C#, PowerShell Research Client Relationship Mgmt. My emotional intelligence gives me strength and determination to find solutions to problems, refining that to a more efficient solution. My main focuses are my engagement, the clients of my project and the end customer.
