About Shaina Wolfe

Shaina Wolfe is a senior managing associate in Dentons' Indianapolis office, where she is a core member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Employment and Labor practices. Shaina defends businesses in employment law matters ranging from nationwide class and collective action lawsuits to single-plaintiff lawsuits and administrative charges. Shaina’s practice extends to federal and state courts throughout the United States, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor and multiple state agencies managing employment, labor, and wage and hour issues. Shaina also advises and counsels clients on employment issues, including creating and implementing procedures and policies and conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination or harassment in the workplace. Prior to entering private practice, Shaina served as a judicial law clerk to two sitting federal judges and one state judge. While in law school at DePaul University College of Law, Shaina served as the Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Journal of Sports Law. Shaina is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
