For me, that spark is healthcare. Infused with the love of science and medicine, I value working in ways to make a lasting difference in patient lives – one pill at a time. As a Doctor of Pharmacy, humanity fuels my inspiration to challenge our traditional ways to change the world for the better. At the core, I am fascinated with the knowledge of disease states and how we can use science to make groundbreaking discoveries that enhance patient quality of life. In my eyes, healthcare professionals will always be real-life superheroes. We play numerous hats that help to serve humanity by making contributions through countless avenues. As pharmacists, our role is nothing short of vast. Whether that be at the community, hospital, or industry level, I am honoured to be a part of a large group of individuals who work to improve the health of humanity.
